Do you thrive on helping customers and keeping things organized? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Finken is looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to assist with scheduling deliveries and service appointments, as well as setting up new customer accounts.
✔️ Schedule and coordinate deliveries and service appointments.
✔️ Assist customers by answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly, professional manner.
✔️ Set up new accounts and ensure accurate customer records.
✔️ Work closely with the Route & Service departments to improve efficiency.
✔️ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and excellent service.
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
✅ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for problem-solving
✅ Experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support is a plus!
