Job Details

📍 Department: Bottled Water
📍 Reports To: Director of Bottled Water/Operations/IT
📍 Supervises: Drivers, Route Lead/Sales
📍 Works Closely With: Operations, Customer Service, and Route Team

Key Responsibilities

Retail Sales

✔️ Answer incoming calls, emails, and faxes.
✔️ Assist walk-in customers with purchases and inquiries.
✔️ Process customer payments and delivery requests.
✔️ Maintain a clean and organized showroom.

Operations

✔️ Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily routes.
✔️ Update routes, reschedule missed deliveries, and manage vehicle reports.
✔️ Distribute route books and work orders to drivers.
✔️ Assist drivers with daily needs and customer placements.

Administration

✔️ Manage accounts receivable and call late customers.
✔️ Process driver payments and coordinate with satellite stores.
✔️ Run payroll reports and track employee attendance.

Routing & Coffee Orders

✔️ Optimize route efficiency to maximize deliveries.
✔️ Set up new customers on existing routes.
✔️ Process coffee orders and determine shipping methods.
