Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional evenings/weekends for events or appointments)

Job Summary:
Finken in Baxter is hiring Sales Representatives to join our growing team. Engage with local residential and commercial customers, offering innovative water and HVAC solutions. Earn competitive compensation starting at $50,000/year plus commission opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads and customer inquiries.
- Generate new leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and community engagement.
- Conduct consultations at customer homes or businesses.
- Recommend appropriate Finken products and services based on consultations and water testing.
- Prepare quotes, complete sales, and manage all related paperwork.
- Collaborate internally to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Represent Finken at local events and participate in grassroots marketing.
- Manage sales activities efficiently using CRM software or internal tracking systems.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Maintain current knowledge of Finken products, services, and industry trends.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous sales experience required (preferably in home services, water treatment, or HVAC).
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with in-person sales consultations and closing deals.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient with CRM tools and basic computer software.
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional demeanor.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Field-based role with travel within the assigned territory.
- May be provided a company vehicle or mileage reimbursement.
- Flexibility required for occasional evening/weekend appointments.
- Regular coordination with office staff, technicians, and management.
