Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM (Additional hours as needed)

Job Summary:
Finken is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our Plumbing & Heating department. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install a broad range of HVAC fixtures and components in residential and commercial settings.
- Operate and use required tools and equipment skillfully and safely.
- Read and comprehend plans and blueprints for installation projects.
- Analyze and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
- Follow oral and written instructions from supervisors and team members.
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with team members, customers, and contractors.
- Ensure job sites and company vehicles remain clean, organized, and safe.
- Submit paperwork, including timecards and work orders, to the HVAC Division Manager daily.
- Follow all Finken safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: HVAC installation, service, and troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently.
- Licensing: Must maintain required licensure qualifications.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs. unassisted and working in various conditions.
- Time Management: Punctuality and attendance are mandatory.
- Driving: Must have a valid MN driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Work may require bending, standing, climbing, and walking for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable working at heights up to 3 ft. and lifting/carrying equipment.
- Must be willing to travel for work, including potential out-of-state projects (up to five days at a time).
- Absolutely no smoking in company vehicles or buildings; permitted only in designated areas.
Pay Range:
💰 $28 - $40 per hour (Based on experience)
