WORKS CLOSELY WITH: Director of Bottled Water/Operations/IT, Drivers, Route Lead/Sales, Customer Service/Service Coordinator
GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for supporting daily route fulfillment and coordination as well as service appointments. Main contact for driver/tech questions, concerns and issues.
* Contact customers regarding delivery schedule changes.
* Take route calls, sales leads and service inquiries.
* Prepare quotes for water cooler customers.
* Assist walk in customers with questions regarding water or salt deliveries or bottled water issues.
* Enter all water work orders, delivery tickets, and contracts.
* Assist with collecting, completing and entering contracts and other paperwork
* Assist with driver dispatching.
* Go through route books - reschedule any deliveries that did not get done.
* Update routes.
* Turn in vehicle reports.
* Generate daily tickets for routes.
* Print route books and get all work orders handed out.
* Get store supply list to drivers.
* Load/unload palms.
* Mapping and new customer placement.
* AR calls for water delivery.
* Check for any non-completed tickets.
* Get route $ together.
* Check late customer report. Call late customers and fill out no delivery form. Keep track of non-completed tickets.
* Assist with satellite store questions and paperwork.
* Post checks if needed.
* All other duties as assigned
