Customer Service Representative

Finken is seeking a friendly, energetic, and highly organized Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate has an outstanding phone voice, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment — experience in water treatment, plumbing, or HVAC is a plus but not required.

DEPARTMENT: Finken Water, Inc
REPORTS TO: Service Manager
WORKS CLOSELY WITH: Sales Team, Service Team, Field Technicians, Dispatch/Scheduling
GENERAL FUNCTION: Serves as the first point of contact for Finken customers, delivering an exceptional experience by answering calls, scheduling service, processing work orders, and coordinating between customers and field technicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Assist retail customers purchasing salt and water
  • Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments for technicians
  • Answer customer questions and direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Coordinate daily schedules and communicate updates with field technicians
  • Process work orders, customer information, and service records accurately
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on satisfaction, and schedule maintenance reminders
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Maintain organized customer files and accurate records within company software
  • Support office operations and work closely with the sales and service teams
  • Observe Finken Companies' rules and procedures

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift 45 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent phone presence with a clear, confident, and friendly speaking voice
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment
  • Proficient with computers and comfortable learning our scheduling software
  • Dependable, punctual, and a collaborative team player
  • Previous customer service, dispatch, or office experience preferred
  • Experience in water treatment, plumbing, HVAC, or other home service industries is a plus
