Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced logistics professional with over 2 years of experience in optimizing service coordination in the State of MN. Proven track record of streamlining processes, reducing costs, and improving efficiency. Highly skilled in inventory management, transportation coordination, and team leadership. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support while being efficient. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, training staff, and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience and coordinating between several departments and oversee Service Technicians within Finken Companies.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Logistics - Must have knowledge of the State of MN
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Negotiate with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage scheduling, workload distribution, performance evaluations for the customer service team, time management, monitor overtime, securing materials daily service techs. Some duties Invoice, pulling permits, optimizing techs daily.
  • Lead training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and professional growth.

Experience:

  • Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Proven experience in supervising and leading a team in a customer service environment.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and use judgment when making decisions.
  • Proficient in project management principles and practices.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
