DEPARTMENT: Plumbing/Heating & Water TreatmentREPORTS TO: Plumbing/Heating ManagerSUPERVISES: NoneWORKS CLOSELY WITH: Plumbing/Heating ManagerGENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for management of warehouse.RESPONSIBILITIES:Warehouse: Presentation and cleanliness Organization and product layoutInventory: Ordering Inventory Stocking Inventory Responsible for returning damaged / rejected inventory Rotate product to ensure maximum freshnessTool Room: Responsible for all tools and equipment Contact person for all tools requested by employees Responsible for tool maintenanceWater Treatment: Pulling equipment and preparing for install Running special equipment / parts to jobs when needed or an emergency Rebuild water softeners Clean and fix coolers Assist with commercial installsPlumbing: Pick up bids / checks Pull finish material for jobs as specified by office Running special equipment / parts to jobs when needed or an emergencyGround Maintenance: Lawn Care Snow RemovalOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Observe all Finken Companies safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
