Key Responsibilities

✔️ Deliver Products Safely & Efficiently

• Load and deliver bottled water, bagged salt, and coffee to residential and commercial customers.
• Follow designated route schedules while maintaining safety and efficiency.

✔️ Customer Service & Sales Support

• Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Wear company apparel while on duty.
• Assist customers with product recommendations and introduce them to new services.
• Address customer concerns and help find resolutions.

✔️ Warehouse & Equipment Management

• Stock and rotate products in the warehouse, vehicles, and satellite stores.
• Conduct minor repairs and adjustments on customer machines.
• Perform filter changes and other basic maintenance tasks.

✔️ Route & Account Management

• Ensure accurate service transactions and maintain delivery records.
• Collect payments from customers and update accounts as needed.
• Call customers for scheduling updates or delivery confirmations.
• Work to expand the route by asking for referrals and seeking new customers.

✔️ Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and well-operating vehicle, conducting daily safety checks.
• Report any vehicle issues to the appropriate team.
• Secure company property, including locking vehicles and following security procedures.
• Follow all Finken Companies safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Must have or be able to obtain a Class B driver’s license within 120 days of hire.
✅ Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. unassisted and perform physical activities such as bending, standing, climbing, and walking.
✅ Strong customer service skills and a team-oriented mindset.
✅ A commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
