Retail Sales Associate

DEPARTMENT: OfficeREPORTS TO: ControllerLOCATION: MahtomediGENERAL FUNCTION: Assist walk-in customersRESPONSIBILITIES: Assist walk-in customers with water, salt and coffee purchases Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Enter sales orders Assist the sales team with scheduling appointments Maintain the cleanliness of the store Merchandise, rotate and replenish productOther Qualifications: Experience working in a customer service based environment. Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, CRM software preferred.
