Sales Associate/Assistant Route Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Office

REPORTS TO: Controller

LOCATION: Brooklyn Park

GENERAL FUNCTION: Assist walk-in customers and help with route coordination

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinating the day to day operations of the store.
  • Customer service.
  • Entering sales orders.
  • Confirming and rescheduling deliveries.
  • Assisting the sales team.

Other Qualifications:

  • Available to work between the hours of 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays 9am – 12pm.
  • Experience working in a customer service based environment.
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, CRM software preferred.
  • Must be able to work independently, with little direct supervision.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), bending, standing, climbing or walking.
